"Resident Alien": What's it about in the series
The Alien "Harry", whose real name is incomprehensible to humans, comes to Earth to free the planet from humanity. However, things don't go quite as planned, and the alien crashes near the town of Patience, Colorado. Harry assumes the identity of Dr. Harry Vanderspeigle, and learns how to behave among humans by observing the popular TV show "Law & Order". But Harry can't quite hide his true identity, as he behaves clumsily among humans and not all human behavior can be learned from the television. Young Max (Judah Prehn, 13) is also able to recognize the true form of the shape-shifter. The alien, who becomes the new town doctor in Patience, initially wants to kill the boy because of this, but eventually develops an uneasy father-son relationship with him.
How did Season Two end
In the second season of "Resident Alien", events took a wild turn. For example, more residents of Patience, such as bartender D'arcy (Alice Wetterlund, 43), learned that Harry was actually an alien.
Harry also encountered another alien, Joseph (Enver Gjokaj, 44), a Grey-Hybrid, a mixture of human and Grey-Alien. The Greys will also play a prominent role in the third season of "Resident Alien".

However, in the new episodes of the Sci-Fi-Comedy, Harry decides to work with General McCallister ("Terminator"-Star Linda Hamilton, 67). Together, they aim to prevent the Grey-Aliens from carrying out their dark plans against humanity. Complicating this situation is the Grey-Hybrid Joseph, who takes a job as the new deputy-sheriff in Patience.
Alien Harry must juggle his business and personal life. In the new episodes, the Alien will also fall in love for the first time. This should not be revealed too much in advance, but viewers can look forward to typical Harry entanglements.
Nurse Asta (Sara Tomko, 40) and D'arcy move in together, which leads to many complicated situations, especially from the unpredictable bartender. Mayor Ben (Levi Fiehler) and his wife Kate (Meredith Garretson) struggle with the traumatic effects of their abduction by aliens, while Sheriff Mike Thompson (Corey Reynolds, 50) and Deputy Liv Baker (Elizabeth Bowen) continue their search for the murderer of the Alien-Tracker.
