Actress Emma Roberts Highlighted - Court orders restraint against harassing individual

Actress Emma Roberts, age 33, now feels secure once more due to recent events surrounding a stalker. This individual has been bothering her since around May, intruding into her home and sending repeated messages and phone calls. As per reports from TMZ, a restraining order was put in place on June 6th. It forbids the 32-year-old from coming within a hundred meters of the actress and her three-year-old son Rhodes, whom she shares with ex-boyfriend actor Garrett Hedlund (39).

The order extends not only to these individuals but also their residence, workplaces, and Rhodes' kindergarten. The stalker has also been barred from contacting Emma "either directly or indirectly" for the next five years.

Frightening Incident at Her Home and Stalker's Messages

Emma Roberts noticed the first signs of this distressing scenario on either May 7th or 8th, when someone managed to enter her home while she was not present. This person then took the liberty of calling her on her house phone using her personal cell phone number. While on the call, the unfamiliar voice confirmed his presence within her home. Despite alerting the police to the situation, he managed to slip through the law's grasp and avoid arrest.

"I am in constant worry and extremely frightened to return to my very own house," she declared in the court papers acquired by The Blast. Moreover, the mysterious individual sent Emma a barrage of "puzzling text messages," including references to her son. Fearful of his motives and potential capabilities, the "Madame Web" star explained she now deals with an "intense emotional stress" knowing that he could potentially return to her residence.
