Prince Albert and Charlène of Monaco - Couple picture for the 13th wedding anniversary
On July 1, the civil wedding anniversary of Prince Albert (66) and his wife Princess Charlene (46) is celebrated for the 13th time. On this occasion, the Monegasque Royals shared a post on their Instagram account. "All good wishes on your wedding anniversary to Their Serene Highnesses Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene", it read simply.
In the photo, the Prince and Princess are seen on the balcony of their palace, smiling lovingly at each other. Their two children, Princess Gabriella and Prince Jacques (9), stand in front of them. Albert places his hand reassuringly on Charlene's back.

Few days before their Violeteanniversary, the pair, who have been rumored to have had several marital crises, appeared confident in public. On June 26, Albert and Charlene walked hand in hand for the presentation of the Monegasque participants at the Olympic Games in Paris (July 26 to August 11).
For the former bobsledder and the former swimmer, this was a special event, as both participated in the Olympics multiple times and met each other for the first time at a sports event in 2000. They made their first joint appearance in 2006 at the Olympic Winter Games. Five years later, they married in a three-day ceremony.
After the civil vow in the Prince's Palace on July 2, the church wedding took place under the open sky before 3,500 guests, including other nobles from around the world, politicians, and personalities such as Karl Lagerfeld (1933-2019). In 2014, their twins were born.
