Audi introduces two unique RS versions.
Audi is commemorating the 25th anniversary of the first RS4 Avant by introducing a special edition model. But there's more! They're also launching two limited-edition RS versions of the A4 Avant and A5 Sportback, each with a power boost and exclusive features.
The RS4 Avant "edition 25 years" is a tribute to the iconic 1999 RS4 Avant. It's got a V6 biturbo engine with an additional 15 kW/20 PS, making it a total of 346 kW/470 PS. This beast accelerates from 0-100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds and reaches a top speed of 300 km/h.
Inside, you'll find Dinamica and leather-covered RS-embossed seats with yellow diamond stitching, plus continuous numbering in the center console. Other features include a ceramic brake system, sport exhaust system, RS sport suspension with manually adjustable dampers, and 20-inch lightweight alloy wheels. These wheels are paired with Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires, and a complementary second set of 20-inch lightweight alloy wheels with semi-slicks from Pirelli is also included. A unique aspect of the track tires is that they have integrated sensors allowing you to view real-time data about tire pressure and temperature through a dedicated smartphone app.
If you're interested, you can place an order for the RS4 Avant "edition 25 years" from June, and it'll cost you about 143,000 euros. The RS5 Sportback "performance edition" is also available, boasting similar power but with a lower price tag of 128,400 euros. This model comes with RS sport suspension, dynamic steering, and an optimized Torsen differential.
So, if you're a fan of Audi's RS series, and want to celebrate their anniversary, you can't go wrong with any of these three options!
