Tom Bower, a well-known yet not overly famous actor, left his mark in the world of cinema with his numerous appearances in films like "Die Hard 2" and TV series such as "The Waltons." His stepdaughter, Mary Miller, announced to The Hollywood Reporter that Bower passed away on May 30th in his Los Angeles residence. He was 86 years old and passed away peacefully in his sleep.

Bower, whose career spanned from the 1970s, was best known for his roles in various series. Throughout his life, he featured in more than 70 movie and TV projects. Some of his most noteworthy works included roles in "Die Hard 2" (1990), "Nixon" (1996), and "The Million Dollar Hotel" (2000) directed by Wim Wenders.

In recent times, he starred in "El Camino," the "Breaking Bad" sequel, or the show "Criminal Minds." One of Bower's last performances was in the series "Lucky Hank" along with Bob Odenkirk, a cast member from "Better Call Saul."
