It seems that stories about a potential relationship issue between Jennifer Lopez (54) and Ben Affleck (51) aren't slowing down. The chatter now revolves around the magnificent home they share. As per claims, the famous pair are apparently considering parting ways with their 60 million dollar (about 55 million euro) mansion in Beverly Hills, California.
There are whispers that the pair have enlisted the help of real estate agent Santiago Arana, who hails from "The Agency," to market the pad. Reports say they got their hands on the property back in May of last year.
Affleck and Lopez List their Villa for Sale
Santiago Arana, recognized from Netflix's "Buying Beverly Hills," has allegedly spent the past two weeks on a mission to help sell the house, as per "TMZ." Nonetheless, as of now, there haven't been any triumphs to report. The celebrity news site shares that Lopez and Affleck are seeking a staggering "about 65 million dollars" for the villa. They may still find themselves in the red if they take into account real estate agent commissions, a levy on luxurious properties, and the money they poured into renovations.
Lopez and Affleck, we're told, bought the place for 60.85 million dollars in May 2023, reports from the United States say. The property boasts 17 bedrooms, 30 bathrooms, a swimming pool, an indoor sports complex, and parking space for 80 vehicles.
Lopez and Affleck were together from 2002 to 2004 and then decided to rekindle their romance in 2021. They tied the knot in Las Vegas in July 2022. Since mid-May, rumours of a possible marital split have been making the rounds. They've yet to address these rumors publicly.
