Naomi Campbell Speaks out for the First Time - A stand-in birth-giver has borne her offspring.

Naomi Campbell, a renowned supermodel at 54 years old, has put rumors to rest by publicly declaring that she gave birth to her two children through a surrogate mother. In 2021, she welcomed a baby girl and showcased the newborn on the cover of British "Vogue," causing speculation about her 'baby bump'. Now, she's answering questions about her children.

In a candid conversation with "The Times," the model discussed the importance of her kids when asked if she used a surrogate. "Yes," was her response. While she didn't disclose her children's names, Campbell shared that they've transformed her life. "I strive for a better world for my children. They're my top priority. I'm there for their first day of school," she said. She also revealed how emotional it is for her. "My babies mean everything to me. But they also frighten me about the future."

No search for a father

Contrary to popular belief, Campbell stated in the interview that she never sought a father for her children and is content being a "single mother to a single mother." She wants to encourage women who are apprehensive about motherhood by saying, "I've heard many young girls claim it's too expensive to have kids, and they might not want them [...]. I understand it's financially taxing. Yet my mother managed it. It's worth it." Campbell passionately appeals, "To change the world, we need to rely on the younger generation. I have greater faith in them doing the right thing than us."

Model industry restrictions for her daughter

In a bid to shield her children from her harsh experiences, Campbell said she might not allow her daughter to start modeling at 15. "I'm unsure if I'd allow her to start working at 15. It's a merciless profession." The peak of Campbell's career saw her addicted to cocaine and alcohol, leading her to check into a rehab clinic in 1999.
