The Fifty - A reality show is set for its second installment.

In March 2024, Amazon Prime Video premiered a fresh reality TV show format where 50 celebrities were chosen by a shady game host to participate in a series of competitive tasks at a castle. Instead of the winner claiming the $50,000 Euro prize, one of their admirers on social media would get it.

Given that some contenders had a history together, squabbles and allegiances were bound to pop up over the course of the 14 episodes. This seems likely to continue in the newly-announced second season.

Season One's Winner: Paco Herb, a Former "Love Island" Star

The first run included big names like Jenny Elvers (52), Djamila Rowe (56), Filip Pavlović (29), Menderes Bagci (39), Patricia Blanco (53), and ex-football player Thorsten Legat (55). In the end, Paco Herb (28), a celebrated reality TV star from the dating series "Love Island," walked away with the victory.

Amazon Prime Video has confirmed that season 2 of "The 50" is coming due to its triumphant reception. Philip Pratt, Head of Originals at Amazon Studios, shared his excitement about the news, stating, "The audience has been rooting for the competitors and indulging in the show's dramatic twists and turns throughout the 14 episodes of the first season. We can't wait to bring back this entertaining spectacle with Season 2, featuring more episodes, more challenges, and, you guessed it, more drama!"

The forthcoming season of "The 50" is anticipated to include 16 episodes. A launch date and the identities of the contestants for the next round have yet to be declared.
