Princess Charlotte - A fiery appearance in Monaco

Princess Charlotte (46) surprised everyone at the opening of the exhibition "The Olympic Flame Through Time" in luxurious Monaco with a bold look. In line with the Olympic Flame theme, the princess wore a bright red jumpsuit, causing excitement.

An Olympic Family

The princess appeared at the exhibition with her husband, Prince Albert II of Monaco (66), who gave a speech at the opening. As the name of the exhibition suggests, it's about the Olympic Flame throughout history. The exhibition is also a tribute to the Olympic heritage of the Monaco royal family.

Prince Albert II's maternal grandfather won the gold medal in rowing for the USA at the Olympic Games. Princess Charlotte participated in the Olympic Games in the year 2000 as a swimmer for South Africa. Prince Albert II even competed in five Olympic Winter Games and represented Monaco in Bobsleigh. Thus, the exhibition celebrates the family's passion for sports, passed down from generation to generation.

A Statement Outfit

While her husband appeared classically in a suit and tie, there was much more to see with Charlotte. With her fire-engine red jumpsuit, designed by the Lebanese fashion designer Elie Saab (60) for Monaco's princess, she stole the show. The jumpsuit is sleeveless, has a deep neckline, wide-legged pants, and a gold-colored brooch at the bottom of the décolletage. Gold sandals and minimalist accessories completed the look. The red color could not only symbolize the Olympic Flame but also be a nod to Monaco's red-and-white flag.

This is not the first monochromatic look for the former swimmer, as she embodied this trend during the presentation of Monaco's Olympic team for the upcoming Olympic Summer Games in Paris at the end of June. There, she wore a completely white suit, while Prince Albert II wore a red blazer and white trousers. In general, the princess is known for her daring and eye-catching fashion choices and frequently appears in bold looks.

Princess Charlène, joined by her husband Prince Albert II of Monaco, attended the exhibition "The Olympic Flame Through Time" in Monaco, which celebrates the family's passion for sports passed down through generations. Notably, the exhibition highlights Princess Charlène's participation in the Olympic Games as a swimmer for South Africa in the year 2000.

At the opening, Princess Charlène turned heads with her statement outfit, a bright red jumpsuit designed by Lebanese fashion designer Elie Saab. The jumpsuit, complete with a deep neckline, wide-legged pants, and a gold-colored brooch, perfectly embodied the Olympic Flame theme and echoed Monaco's red-and-white flag.

Prince Albert II, who also has a history with the Olympic Games, having competed in five Winter Games, represented Monaco in Bobsleigh, was appropriately dressed in a suit and tie for the occasion, allowing Princess Charlène's bold look to shine.
