Despite their long-standing feud, the possibility of an Oasis reunion involving Liam Gallagher and Noel Gallagher remains.

Whispers of Oasis' return are circulating.

Since their major fallout in 2009, leading to Oasis' disbandment, Noel and Liam Gallagher have been engaged in a public feud, exchanging barbs through interviews and social media. However, recent social media activity has rekindled talks of an Oasis reunion.

It seemed unlikely that the estranged brothers would grace the same stage once again, but fans remained hopeful for a comeback, despite numerous false rumors circulating over the years. Fueling speculation further, Liam Gallagher, the frontman of Oasis, shared a cryptic video with the date "27.08.24" after his performance at the Reading Festival. The same date was also posted on social media by Gallagher and his brother, Noel Gallagher, the Oasis guitarist, shortly after. Fans are eagerly awaiting updates on August 24th.

The British newspaper "Sunday Times" claims that Oasis, famous for hits like "Wonderwall" and "Don't Look Back in Anger", is planning an epic comeback concert. According to reports, the band is considering headlining the iconic Glastonbury Festival in 2025 and even has a series of concerts at London's Wembley Stadium in the pipeline.

Who extends the olive branch?

As early as February this year, the possibility of an Oasis reunion revived among fans when Liam Gallagher hinted at a potential comeback to "The Times" in an interview. He suggested that a successful comeback could be possible if his brother Noel Gallagher, who dissolved Oasis in 2009, sent him an apology - symbolized by a "box of chocolates". However, Noel seemed uninterested in the proposition, stating in an interview with "The Times" around the same time that Liam had yet to call him.

Despite the ongoing tension, it appears that one of the brothers has extended an olive branch, echoing the sentiments of their hit song "Don't Look Back In Anger."

Here is the orignal story for reference

In the context of the 1990s, Oasis gained significant fame and released iconic songs like "Wonderwall" and "Don't Look Back in Anger."

Reflecting on the past and the era of their fame, Liam Gallagher, during a 1990s-themed interview, expressed his hope for a reunion with his estranged brother Noel Gallagher, citing the desire for a symbolic apology as a potential stepping stone towards reconciliation.
