This month's celebrations could be extra significant for transgender Americans due to a growing number of anti-trans bills and attempts to restrict their involvement in public activities, including participating in sports they're allowed to play and the restrooms they're allowed to use.

Despite these challenges, the support and acceptance from the wider US community can be a source of happiness for many transgender individuals within the nation. Moreover, participating in nationwide Pride events as a united 'us' can further boost their sense of belonging and happiness.
