Vito Schnabel (37), an ex-partner of top model Heidi Klum (51), is set to marry in New York. The "Bild" newspaper reported on the upcoming civil wedding on July 9th. Schnabel's bride, German model Helena Althof (21), confirmed the wedding on Instagram. In the social media platform, she posted two pictures of herself in her wedding gown, as well as candid shots of the wedding ceremony.

Althof wore a sleeveless dress made of white silk with a long train, striking jewelry, and a diadem she wore in her open hair, for the altar. She also posed for the photos with sunglasses and a bridal bouquet.

A picture of a four-tiered wedding cake in red and one of an extensive sushi and caviar buffet is also included in the photo series. "The most beautiful bride ever. Congratulations", reads a comment.

Althof's father is the former celebrity bodyguard and "Dschungelcamp" contestant Peter Althof (68). He confirmed the upcoming wedding to the "Bild" newspaper. "Helena and Vito have a very special connection," he said about his daughter's love.

Schnabel, son of the legendary painter Julian Schnabel (72), is said to have met Althof about 1.5 years ago through mutual friends. He was previously in relationships with several prominent women - for example, with Heidi Klum around the middle of the 2010s. Before that, he dated model Elle Macpherson (60).
