Rumors that "Bennifer" want to sell their Beverly Hills mansion have been circulating for a while. The (still) couple is reportedly working with real estate agent Santiago Arana, who is known from the Netflix series "Buying Beverly Hills," to find a buyer. The property is now officially listed on Zillow as for sale.
The villa and the associated property are estimated to cost around $68 million ($62.5 million Euro). Affleck and Lopez are asking for more than the approximately $65 million ($60 million Euro) that was previously mentioned in the media. The singer and the actor bought the villa in May 2023 for $60 million ($55 million Euro).
Twelve bedrooms, basketball court, fitness studio
The building covers approximately 3530 square meters. On this area, there are twelve bedrooms and 24 bathrooms. The associated property is over 20,000 square meters in size. The property includes, among other things, a basketball court and a court for the trend sport Pickleball. Inside, the house is reportedly freshly renovated. The buyers will find a fully equipped fitness studio.
Affleck and Lopez have not been living together in the house for weeks. According to "People" magazine, Affleck moved out in May. While his wife was in Europe, he reportedly picked up his things in June.
Further signs of an impending divorce after just two years of marriage: Affleck was seen without his wedding ring multiple times. They spent the important American Independence Day, July 4, separately. Previously, Lopez had canceled her tour, stating that she needed time for herself and her family.
