Travis Scott has been released from custody after his arrest in Paris. The rapper was taken into custody following an altercation in the early morning hours of August 9 at the five-star Hotel George V in the French capital, as reported by various outlets including the Parisian daily "Le Parisien".

Travis Scott Accused of Assaulting a Security Guard

According to US magazine "People", Scott was released without charge and there are no plans to press charges against him in the future. There were no injuries reported on either side, including Scott's bodyguard who was also allegedly involved.

Multiple reports claim that Travis Scott assaulted a security guard who was attempting to intervene in a dispute between Scott and his own bodyguard. Around 5 am, the police were called to the hotel and Scott was arrested.

Scott was in Paris for the Olympic Games. He had been watching the men's basketball semi-final between Serbia and the USA prior to the incident.

Despite the disturbance at the Hotel George V, Travis Scott's participation in the Olympic Games in Paris continued uninterrupted. After the incident, Scott attended the men's basketball final, showing his unwavering support for the sport.
