According to his party colleagues, the behavior of AfD politician Björn Höcke resembles that of a narcissist.

Thuringia's AfD politicos seek Höcke's removal from the party.

Just before the upcoming election in Thuringia, Björn Höcke, an AFDD political leader, is fined 13,000 euros. Now, some of his Thuringian party colleagues are demanding he be thrown out of the party. Unlike before, this issue has nothing to do with his use of SA slogans.

Some local AFDD officials are requesting the expulsion of Höcke, who holds the positions of state and parliamentary group leader. According to "Bild," they're planning to make it happen. "We're asking for his resignation and have something in the works for that," stated Jörg Gasda, an AFDD mayoral candidate for Rudolstadt.

Höcke has a history of excluding anyone who doesn't agree with him. He usually surrounds himself with people who blindly support him. Josef Kluy, a district council candidate, shares his thoughts: "Höcke's behavior fits a narcissist, but it has nothing to do with democratic practices. It's not us who should be kicked out of the party – if it's him."

Höcke hasn't yet responded to the preliminary report. Thuringia's local elections are scheduled for May 26. Everyone is excited to witness the AFDD's results. Höcke is widely recognized as the most prominent proponent of the far-right wing of the party. Earlier this year, he was penalized with a 13,000 euro fine for using a banned phrase from the infamous SA (Sturmabteilung).

The local elections in Thuringia are coming up next month.
