Mike Krüger - Thomas Gottschalk sends birthday greetings
Mike Krüger is celebrating his 72nd birthday today, December 14 - and of course there were congratulations from his buddy Thomas Gottschalk (73). First thing this morning, the presenter posted a greeting on his Instagram page to his goofy buddy, with whom he has been working professionally and privately for more than 40 years.
All the best from "the other super nose"
Gottschalk wrote in his Instagram post to a photo showing the two TV stars arm in arm: "Mike, not only do I wish you a happy birthday, but also a happy birthday for your latest hit." He is referring to Krüger's current song "Alter weißer Mann", which was released on December 8. In reference to this, Gottschalk added: "But when I look at our photo, I think of 'cool old bag' rather than 'old white man'." He then followed up with a "Happy birthday from the other super nose".
In the 1980s, Krüger and Gottschalk often appeared together in front of the camera, making entertainment films such as "Piratensender Powerplay" and "Die Supernasen" series and becoming a cult duo. In April 2023, they launched their joint podcast "Die Supernasen". Krüger also took part in Gottschalk's last "Wetten, dass...?" show on November 25 and took on a big task: he drove his TV buddy out of the Offenburg hall in an excavator.
