Supermodel Christie Brinkley - This is their personal self-care routine
As a famous photo model, Christie Brinkley (70) is considered perfect by many of her fans, but the American woman revealed in a new interview that she prefers small imperfect details to feel strong and sexy. In an interview with the Hamptons magazine "Social Life," the 70-year-old revealed her trick for more self-love: "I have decided to take off my glasses and I encourage everyone to do the same."
Whenever she gets dressed up or is on Instagram, she makes sure not to forget her glasses: "I don't want to think about every little detail or criticize everything. Who has time for that?" she revealed in the July issue of the Lifestyle Magazine "Daily Mail."
Selfcare Routine: Red Nail Polish and Gardening
For Brinkley, there are still other things in her self-care routine. "I like to take the time to do my own nails," she explains. "My toes are always red. The red changes, but the color doesn't." Normally, she doesn't bother to paint her finger nails, as she only ruins them with gardening. "So I stick to my toes."
The time she spends in the garden is another important part of her Self-care. "I put on my oversized hat and get my hands dirty. When I'm in contact with nature, I feel like myself." The only thing that could make her mood even better if necessary: "Hot chocolate. I love making hot chocolate for the whole family."

She shared three photos of her face, where her wound was bandaged, open, and sewn up shortly after the operation. "The good news for me is that we caught the basal cell carcinoma early," she wrote.
