According to media reports, Hugh Jackman gave Kevin Feige a gift certificate for a Steakhouse worth $15 as a joke during the ceremony. Jackman played on their first meeting at the event, as he revealed in his speech. Jackman met Feige during casting for the first "X-Men" film in 2000. At the time, Feige worked as a production assistant and drove Jackman to the airport after the audition. He insisted that the actor have something to eat before his flight. "He simply insisted and said: 'I want to give you a steak'", Jackman recalled, not yet a star. "So we went to this Steakhouse and, you know, I'm an actor. The steak was free." Now, Wolverine's mimic returned the favor with a gift certificate.

Kevin Feige became the Mastermind of the Marvel Cinematic Universe

Kevin Feige was involved in various roles in almost every film since "X-Men" that brought Marvel Comics characters to the screen. In 2006, Marvel Studios named him President of Production.
