The 34-year-old seemed particularly excited about the numerous posters and paper hearts and thanked them in the post for everything. She shared numerous pictures from her shows at the arena in Gelsenkirchen.
"You are simply the Best"
In the post, Taylor Swift also addressed those who supported her album "The Tortured Poets Department", which she released in April: "I am completely overwhelmed by what you have done - it was on the charts in the first 12 weeks after its release at number 1, and that has never happened to any of my albums, not even close!", she explained. "You are simply the Best." The popstar added: "Now that we have officially started our shows in Germany, I can hardly wait to see all of you next in Hamburg!"
Taylor Swift performed in Gelsenkirchen on July 17, 18, and 19. In the audience were her friend, NFL-star Travis Kelce (34), and Hollywood star Anne Hathaway (41) was also spotted at one of the concerts. Swift's tour continues in Hamburg for two shows on July 23 and 24. The last Germany shows are scheduled for July 27 and 28 in Munich.
Record-breaking tour ends in December
In Europe, there are still shows planned in August in Warsaw, Vienna, and London. The last scheduled show - the 152nd of the tour - is on December 8 in Vancouver. The "Eras Tour" is already considered the highest-grossing tour of all time, and Swift is expected to become the first billionaire in history with music as her main source of income.
