EM-Finale in Berlin - These promises heated up on the tribune

Royals, Musicians, Politicians, Athletes: While Spain and England faced off at the Berlin Olympiastadion on July 14th for the EURO title, there were once again numerous prominent supporters present on the sidelines. Representing the English team were Prince William (42) with Prince George (10) and King Felipe VI. (56) with daughter Sofia (17).

Musician Ed Sheeran (33) was already present for the semifinal against the Netherlands in Germany, and he watched the final live from the stands - alongside his wife Cherry Seaborn (32). Both were dressed in England jerseys and celebrated the 1:1 draw of the English team with a kiss. British actor Damian Lewis (53) was also in attendance and cheered on the "Three Lions."

The Spaniards could celebrate in the end: After a goalless first half, Spain secured the victory through a goal by Nico Williams (22) in the 47th minute and a goal by Mikel Oyarzabal (27) in the 86th minute over the English. The Spanish team has won a record fourth title at the European Championship, having previously won in 1964, 2008, and 2012.
