Patrice Aminati (29) has been fighting against a cancerous condition for over a year. In a new Instagram post, she expresses optimistically. In the post, the wife of moderator Daniel Aminati (50) explains: "You all know that I have developed metastases in many organs... some palpable, others are visible in a CT scan. My body is a map with dark spots." She further reports on a skin metastasis on her abdomen, "which I felt, touched, and saw growing larger and larger, whose growing bump made me sweat with fear for weeks." She wanted to get rid of "this piece of visible enemy" with all despair.

"The way is still long..."

Aminati continued: "The doctors advised me against surgical removal because it would, if the new therapy were to take effect, act as a good seismograph for a therapy success." Now the abdominal skin metastasis is gone, she is happy about it. "It's really gone... I can hardly believe it, and yet - the therapy is working... The latest PET-MRT confirms it." The side effects of the therapy should not be dismissed - "dear fellow patients, you all know what I'm talking about". Patrice Aminati added: "The way is still long... I'll keep going... but finally, there's light on the horizon, finally I have hope."

In the post, Patrice Aminati thanks everyone for their support and ends the post with the words: "To all patients, all families ... stay strong, be brave, stick together."

Daniel and Patrice Aminati have been married for two years

Daniel and Patrice Aminati met in 2018 and got married in April 2022. In August 2022, their common daughter was born. In the spring of 2023, a skin cancer was diagnosed in Patrice Aminati. In March 2024, the couple made it public that metastases had formed in her lung.
