Nico Santos - The singer has become a dad for the first time
For nearly two years, Nico Santos (31) has been married to his partner Aileen. Last year, it was revealed that the couple were expecting a child, and Santos has now confirmed to RTL that the baby has already been born.
No Sleep Problems for Nico Santos with New Baby
"Has being a father changed your work?", asks moderator Susanne Bohm (47) in a post on the channel. She had heard that he generally only sleeps three to four hours a night. "This has already improved a bit for me", Santos reveals, who often shares private matters in public. "Since I have a family, or since I founded a family, things have been going really, really well with sleeping." This could change quickly, "but so far everything is still very relaxed".
In October, the singer confirmed on Instagram that he was going to be a father. "I have two messages that I would like to share with you today", he wrote then. "We are expecting family growth", he revealed. "We would have liked to keep this news for ourselves, but many had already found out from other media that came before us", he said in relation to baby rumors that were circulating. Santos also announced that he would only be present for the family during the term of the baby and therefore had to postpone his tour from spring 2024 to the fall.
In May 2023, Santos spoke to the news agency spot on news about his relationship and one of the absolute highlights of the last years - his wedding with Aileen. "It went quickly on the one hand because we have been together for three years, but it also feels very familiar on the other hand because we have known each other for over ten years", he explained. "We complement each other well, are similar in many ways - and I feel more at peace with myself since my wife is by my side."
