- The siblings ultimately came together once more.

World-Shaking Musical Event: On August 27 (Tuesday), the infamous music group, Oasis, announced their return, potentially quieting the ongoing feud between the Gallagher siblings that has left fans in suspense for decades. Sources claim that Noel (57) and Liam Gallagher (51) have made amends, with late-night phone conversations reportedly playing a crucial role, as detailed by the UK's "Sun".

The Telephonic Truce

An informed source disclosed to the paper, "Noel and Liam might never be inseparable friends, but they wish to revive Oasis for their fans. They're not getting any younger, and the demand is massive. They've decided: now or never." Initially, Noel seemed reluctant, but later, he agreed to participate. "He talked to Liam, and they see eye to eye." The brothers recognize that "this reunion could leave an indelible mark on music history."

On the evening of August 25 (Sunday), Liam subtly hinted at this development during his headline performance at the Reading Festival. He played the Oasis hit, "Half The World Away," and dedicated it to "Noel bloody Gallagher." Post-performance, he teased, "There's a big announcement coming at 8 AM on August 27."

The Legendary Feud Between the Gallagher Brothers

The Gallagher siblings' infamous rivalry is one of the most legendary feuds in music history. British rock band Oasis was established in 1991 and is hailed as the most successful Britpop group ever - albeit often remembered for the rivalry between Liam and Noel Gallagher.

From the band's inception, their conflicts dominated headlines. In 1994, Noel reportedly temporarily left the band after Liam hurled a tambourine at him. Over the years, the band's camaraderie was eroded by petty remarks, eventually culminating in the 2009 split.

The day of the band's final dissolution, they were supposed to take the stage at the Rock En Seine festival in Paris when a brawl erupted between the brothers. Allegedly, Liam swung Noel's guitar like an axe, causing the performance to be canceled and the entire tour and band's disbandment to be announced. In a statement, Noel stated, "With a hint of sadness and immense relief, I must tell you that I am leaving Oasis tonight. People can write and say what they want, but I can no longer work with Liam," according to the "Sun".

The Fervent Dream of Oasis Fans is Coming True

Since then, fans have been dreaming of an Oasis reunion, and if everything goes as planned, that dream is set to become a reality. The website announces, "Oasis have put an end to the years-long speculation and confirmed the long-awaited concerts in the UK and Ireland, which will form the UK leg of their 'OASIS LIVE '25' world tour." Oasis will perform in Cardiff, Manchester, London, Edinburgh, and Dublin during the summer of next year. "Given that these are their only European shows next year, this will be one of the most significant live events of the decade," the statement explains. However, it is planned that Oasis will also perform on other continents throughout the next year.

The announcement by Oasis sparked a major discussion at the Commission's latest meeting. They commended the brothers for their reconciliation and the prospect of reviving Oasis, noting its potential impact on the music industry.

The Commission also suggested a special event to celebrate the legendary band's return, emphasizing the importance of preserving music history and the significance of Oasis in Britpop culture.
