The Rosenkavaliere say "Let's go!"

Better safe than sorry. That's why RTL is sending two "Bachelors" together on the hunt for a bride next year. Their names: Sebastian and Dennis. And lo and behold, the two are not afraid of competition.

In the 14th season of "The Bachelor", a fresh breeze is blowing through the successful RTL show(also available on RTL+). So fresh that even the name of the format has to be changed. It is now called "The Bachelors".

After all, for the first time ever, the show will see two "Rose Cavaliers" embark on a simultaneous search for their dream woman. RTL has now revealed who they are. Sebastian Klaus and Dennis Gries will embark on a dating adventure together in South Africa. In a joint interview, however, the two sports stars are relatively relaxed about the competition for women.

"In the prime of my life"

Sebastian Klaus comes from Hamburg and is a sales manager in the real estate industry. The 35-year-old is an absolute sports fan and goes to the gym every morning. He was engaged once before, but has now been single for a year and dreams of a wife, two children and a house in the countryside. In addition to sport, he also enjoys board games, brunches and walks.

His rival is Dennis Gries from Kempten. The 30-year-old is not only the owner of a fitness and wellness facility, he also founded a start-up to develop a fitness machine. He loves ice hockey, wakeboarding and snowboarding. He always has a pack of corn waffles with him when he's out and about. Like Sebastian Klaus, he has been single for a year and explains: "I have everything and am in the prime of my life, the only thing missing is the right woman by my side."

Buddies instead of rivals?

The fact that they are now courting the candidates together is not a problem for either of them. "It's incredibly exciting to be part of something completely new," enthuses Sebastian Klaus. He is even certain: "It's a very, very big advantage that we have each other." Of course, he and Dennis Gries could compete with each other. But at the same time, "we could also take on the role of best friends who support or critically question each other's decisions," he explains.

Dennis Gries takes a similar view: "Let's go! This is the adventure I've always been waiting for. I've been dreaming about it since I was young. For my second bachelor's degree, I initially wondered whether it would work. But now I think it's cool to maybe have a buddy by my side," he says in the RTL interview. Ultimately, he is sure that with so many women, there will be "something for everyone".

The two "Bachelors" actually have a total of 30 women to choose from. They first get to know these women - which is also new - on blind dates in Germany. Finally, they select 22 candidates who are allowed to come to South Africa with them.

"Die Bachelors" is expected to start in the first half of next year. RTL will announce the exact date soon.

In the new reality-TV series "The Bachelors" on RTL+, two contestants, Sebastian Klaus and Dennis Gries, will participate in a unique competition, competing for love simultaneously. Regardless, they view each other more as friends than rivals, which could provide an interesting dynamic in the RTL reality-TV show that airs in RTL+ (RTL's streaming service).

As fans of the show watch the two contestants, Sebastian Klaus from Hamburg and Dennis Gries from Kempten, navigate through the competition, they'll likely appreciate the unique "RTL" spin on traditional reality-TV entertainment on their favorite television channel.
