The reason for Lena's concert cancellation was herself
Singer Lena Meyer-Landrut cancels concert in Munich due to medical emergency. Fans waiting in front of the stage were initially uninformed. The singer is now reporting on Instagram about severe cramps and hospitalization.
Singer Lena Meyer-Landrut had to cancel her performance in Munich at short notice due to abdominal and kidney pain. "I wasn't feeling well all day, and then in the evening I got painful cramps in my abdomen and kidneys, I had to be taken over just before the show start and was then taken to a clinic," the 33-year-old wrote on Instagram.
Her performance at the Munich Tollwood Festival was scheduled for Saturday evening and was cancelled at short notice. According to a concertgoer, the audience had been waiting for the singer's performance and that of her band when an announcement was made that it would take longer because someone had collapsed. Meyer-Landrut was - after performances by singers Tom Twers and Leony - the main act of the evening.
A short time later, a woman took to the stage and announced without giving reasons that the concert had to be cancelled. "It's unbelievably sad that you've had to wait so long and are disappointed again," Meyer-Landrut wrote on Instagram. "My conscience bothers me, but my body said no."
The 33-year-old is currently on tour with her new album "Loyal to myself" and was scheduled to perform on Sunday evening in Wangen im Allgäu. "I'm resting now and doing everything I can to play the show tonight for you!" she wrote.
Lena Meyer-Landrut, the singer from the text, often shares updates about her life on Instagram, which is a popular platform in the world of Entertainment and Music.
