The ranking of the most popular brands in Germany may surprise many. As in previous years, the data analysis group YouGov conducted a study this year to compile a list of the most sought-after brands.

Statistical data were collected using special analytical methods, so the results can be considered as close to reality as possible.
Top 10 Ranking of the Most Popular Brands in Germany:
- The American payment service provider PayPal once again secured the first place with a score of 50.3 points.
- The DM pharmacy moved up one spot to take the second place with 48 points.
- The top three is closed by the toy manufacturer Lego, rising one position compared to the previous year.
- Bosch, on the other hand, dropped one place with a score of 45.9 points and is currently in fourth place.
- Similar to the previous year, the popular smartphone manufacturer Samsung takes fifth place with 44.5 points, followed by Nivea with 40.9 points.
A surprise awaits everyone in seventh place.
Few could have imagined, but DHL enters the top 10 for the first time since the surveys began and occupies the seventh place with 40.8 points. The remaining positions in the top 10 are distributed as follows:
- Rossmann (38.5 points);
- Miele (38.5 points);
- Ravensburger (38.3 points).
The ranking was created by order of Handelsblatt. In total, the ranking includes 33 categories, covering retail trade, automotive industry, technology and electronics, as well as service providers.
An interesting feature is that the brands Lidl and Aldi did not make it into the top ten. Although they seem to be particularly popular among the German population, primarily due to relatively low prices compared to other brands. However, the raw statistics indicate the opposite.
The fact that PayPal once again takes the first place is not surprising. In Germany, many people use this payment service for online shopping. The second place for DM is justified by the increased demand for medications as people have been falling ill more frequently recently.
As for Lego, it always enjoys popularity. These toys are considered an excellent gift for children.
