Germany has granted Ukraine consent to employ German-delivered armaments against military objectives in Russia. Steffen Hebestreit, a Berlin spokesman, disclosed this information.
Hebestreit reiterated that in recent weeks, Russia has orchestrated, launched, and executed attacks from positions in the adjacent Russian border area.
