The Bieber duo, comprising Hailey and Justin, introduces their first-born child into the world.
Last Friday evening, Justin posted a picture of the newborn's foot on Instagram, captioning it, "Welcome home Jack Blues Bieber" with a bear emoji. Hailey shared the same photo on her Instagram story, adding the baby's name, a teddy bear, and blue heart emojis.
The couple didn't provide additional details about the birth. On the same night, a representative for Hailey Bieber confirmed to CNN that no further information was available.
Justin, 30, and Hailey, 27, who have been married for six years, announced their pregnancy in May on their Instagram pages. They shared photos with Hailey's baby bump, showcased in a white lace gown. At that time, Bieber was six months pregnant. The boyfriend was seen tenderly holding Hailey's belly in one snapshot.
In an interview with W Magazine last month, Hailey revealed her decision to announce her pregnancy openly, stating, "I wanted the freedom to go out and live my life." She admitted to experiencing strong emotions early into her pregnancy, pondering, "How can I possibly bring someone else into this?"
In 2018, Justin announced their engagement on Instagram, expressing his love for Hailey, "Hailey, I am soooo in love with everything about you! So committed to spending my life getting to know every single part of you, loving you patiently and kindly."
Just a few months after their engagement announcement, the couple secretly tied the knot at a New York courthouse. In 2019, they had an extravagant wedding with their loved ones at a luxury resort in Bluffton, South Carolina.
Justin's mother, Pattie Mallette, shared her excitement on her verified Instagram account, where she posted a video of her reaction. "I have been waiting for this day, and now that they have shared it, I can finally celebrate with you all," she said. "Oh my gosh, I'm going to be a grandma! Justin and Hailey, you are going to be the best parents ever, and I am so excited. Oh my goodness. Praise God."
Alli Rosenbloom and Lisa Respers France of CNN contributed to this report.
The new parents, Justin and Hailey, might decide to share more about their personal life, including baby Jack's milestones, through their social media platforms, given their history of using platforms like Instagram for entertainment and connection with fans. After the birth, they could potentially organize a small gathering or event to celebrate with close friends and family, treating it as another entertaining moment to share with their followers.
