- The beloved pair from 'Let's Dance' decides to part ways.
"Movement from love to camaraderie..." introduces the post, accompanied by a broken heart emoji. "This stride we've taken is more than a year in the making and a decision we've made jointly," it continues.
"Deeply appreciative" for nine years together
During the past nine years, the couple has "lived through and triumphed over countless challenges," for which they are "deeply appreciative." Malika Dzumaev and Zsolt Sándor Cseke stress that they will continue to be "there for one another" and do not wish to let go of the "strong bond" they have crafted.
"Excepting this life alteration, we will remain each other's best friends, dance partners, and colleagues, always eager to aid one another," swear Cseke and Dzumaev. It appears likely that both will continue to dance together on "Let's Dance" in the future.
Dancing duo in competitions and "Let's Dance"
The German dancer of Russian descent and her Romanian counterpart encountered each other at a seminar in Romania. Since 2015, Dzumaev and Cseke have been dancing together for the Grün-Gold Club Bremen. In unison, the dance sport collaborators also represented Germany's national team.
Malika Dzumaev has been on "Let's Dance" since 2021, her ex-partner Cseke joined the popular RTL show a year later. In 2023, they were paired as a dance duo in the professional challenge – the seasoned duo easily emerged victorious. Dzumaev also reigned supreme in the regular season of "Let's Dance" in 2024, with musician Gabriel Kelly (23) by her side.
Let's celebrate this new chapter by saying, "Let's dance!" Their strong bond allows them to face any challenge, hand in hand, as they continue to dance together, declaring, "Let's dance!"
