"It was an incredibly romantic experience," shared Steffi in an interview with the magazine, remembering the wedding day. Not only did they say "I do" in a church, but they also held a beach-side champagne reception at Munkmarsch to celebrate. "We had our feet in the sand or the water during our champagne reception," Steffi reminisced. Ten years ago, when Steffi and Nicole first tied the knot, they had chosen to register their life partnership, but without the blessing of a church ceremony.
Steffi and Nicole were introduced in 2012 and soon formed an inseparable bond that developed into a great love. They publicly declared their love one year before their first wedding, when they celebrated their life partnership.
