Ingredients:50 ml Sipsmith Strawberry Smash Gin15 ml dry vermouth25 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice15 ml simple syrupEgg whiteFresh strawberries
Glass: Cocktail glassGarnish: Fresh strawberries
Preparation:Add Sipsmith Strawberry Smash Gin, vermouth, freshly squeezed lemon juice, simple syrup, and fresh strawberries and egg white to a shaker and shake for 10-12 seconds. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with fresh strawberries. Good luck with your participation!
