Vanessa Morgan, the 32-year-old "Riverdale" star, announced in early July that she was expecting her second child. Just over four weeks later, the baby has arrived. The actress shared the news on TikTok.

On the platform, she posted a video showing her partner and the baby's father, Canadian professional basketball player James Karnik, leaving the hospital with a baby carrier in his arms.

Morgan humorously captioned the post: "Okay, okay, let's get pregnant again." She has kept the baby's birthdate and other details private for now. Shortly after announcing her pregnancy, Morgan revealed that she was expecting a girl.

Vanessa Morgan's Second Child

Vanessa Morgan and James Karnik, who currently plays for the Vancouver Bandits, have been together since 2022. Morgan has a three-year-old son named River from a previous relationship. In 2019, she announced her engagement to baseball player Michael Kopech (28), whom she married in January 2020. Kopech filed for divorce less than five months later, in June 2020. Their son was born in January 2021.

Vanessa Morgan is known for her role as Amanda in the Canadian sitcom "Teen Buzz," where she also sang the theme song, and for playing Toni Topaz in "Riverdale" from 2017 to 2023. This year, she appeared in the series "Wild Cards."

Vanessa Morgan's son, River, from her previous relationship, will soon have a sibling. The new baby will grow up in Riverdale, as Vanessa continues to act in shows set in the town, such as "Riverdale" and "Wild Cards."
