The Hollywood star and the human rights lawyer appeared on the red carpet in front of the Samuel Goldwyn Theater on Monday evening (December 11) to celebrate the premiere of "The Boys in the Boat", George Clooney's latest directorial work.

Amal Clooney shone at her appearance in California in a bright yellow strappy dress with a heart-shaped neckline. While the top of the dress emphasized the 45-year-old's figure, the pleated skirt of the floor-length gown had a wider cut. She teamed the eye-catching outfit with a clutch in a bright metallic look, pointed silver pumps and dangling diamond earrings.
The lawyer wore her dark hair loose, styled in waves and parted in the middle. She kept her make-up subtle. George Clooney also made an elegant appearance alongside his wife, to whom he has been married since 2014. The actor and director presented a dark suit in Los Angeles, under which he wore a blue shirt.

George Clooney had already presented his new directorial work in the British capital at the beginning of December. He was also accompanied by his wife Amal. The film "The Boys in the Boat" is based on Daniel James Brown's 2013 book "The Boys in the Boat: Nine Americans and Their Epic Quest for Gold at the 1936 Berlin Olympics", which tells the story of a US rowing team from the University of Washington in the 1930s - from its beginnings during the Great Depression to winning gold at the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin. The cast of the film includes Joel Edgerton (49), Sam Strike (29), Jack Mulhern (29) and Callum Turner (33).
