A freshly unearthed video is continuing to cast suspicion on Sean "Diddy" Combs. On September 16, the rapper was taken into custody, facing accusations of various crimes, including extortion, human trafficking, prostitution, and sexual abuse. It's claimed that he organized explicit "wild parties" where A-list figures were in attendance. A leaked clip from a 2006 charity event, hosted by footballer David Beckham, now shows an auction where Combs purposely interrupts Beckham, offering a party for the highest bidder.
The Daily Mail obtained this footage, revealing an auction in which Combs offers three options to the bidder with the highest amount: a weekend at his Hamptons estate, a studio session with him, or a night out in New York City with Combs himself. According to him, "Your ass will wake up on Wednesday next to me."
Wayne Rooney bid $150,000
In the video, the then-21-year-old Rooney, a renowned sports star, placed a $150,000 bid (equivalent to approximately €136,000) and claimed the win. He opted for the third option, and Combs promised Rooney would be "a changed man" once he attended. Combs further elaborated by stating, "When he comes to New York, we'll probably be cousins. It's gonna be a non-stop party with lots of hot women."
Rooney and his wife, who can be spotted beside him in the footage, appeared uncomfortable with the entire situation, according to reports from the Daily Mail. Coleen Rooney is believed to have dissuaded her partner from accepting the offer, as he never attended any gatherings hosted by Sean Combs.
Here in custody, Combs is facing allegations from around 120 accusers and was denied bail in the millions. In response to being detained, Combs' legal team issued a statement to People magazine, asserting that their client is blameless and merely a casualty in a sensationalized media storm.
