Richard Gere, now 75, brought family harmony to the Venice Film Festival last weekend. Accompanying him were his son Homer, 24, and wife Alejandra Silva, 41. They graced the scene at a gala and a movie premiere on Sunday.

Born on August 31, Gere donned a classic black bow tie tuxedo for the amfAR gala. His son mirrored his style, both sporting the timeless attire. Alejandra, however, sparkled in a glamorous gown, decorated with shimmering blue flower embellishments. The remainder of the dress was crafted from sheer fabric, adding a provocative allure to her appearance. Gere received the "Award of Inspiration" at the gala. amfAR CEO Kevin Robert Frost, as per "People", praised Gere's substantial contributions towards the battle against AIDS. "Few in the entertainment industry have championed AIDS awareness as fiercely as Richard Gere," he highlighted.
The trio also attended the premiere of "The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent", a crime comedy featuring superstars George Clooney, 63, and Brad Pitt, 60. Their latest collaboration since the 2008 comedy "Burn After Reading". Gere and Homer sported tuxedos, while Silva dazzled in a bold white dress, boasting a high slit, a small train, and revealing gathers. Photographs captured Gere expressing admiration for his spouse, kneeling before her and having a heartfelt embrace.
Gere previously transformed the Cannes Film Festival into a family affair in May. He was accompanied by Alejandra on the red carpet before the "Oh, Canada" world premiere. Homer joined in at the glamorous after-party post the highly-regarded screening, as shared by US magazine "People".
Homer Gere, a product of Richard's second marriage to actress Carey Lowell, 63. They exchanged vows in 2002 but separated in 2013. Their divorce was finalized in 2016. Richard then tied the knot with Silva in 2018, and they have birthed two sons since, in 2019 and 2020. Prior to Lowell, Gere was married to supermodel Cindy Crawford from 1991 to 1995.
