Rapper Travis Scott arrested again

For the second time in a short period, Travis Scott has run into trouble with the police. After the rapper was taken away from a marina in Miami while intoxicated at the end of June, he is now said to have been involved in a brawl on the sidelines of the Olympic Games in Paris.

He just can't help himself: At the end of June, Travis Scott was arrested in the US city of Miami. The US rapper was reportedly found in an inebriated state by police officers on a marina and was eventually arrested for public intoxication and trespassing after ignoring direct police instructions, according to US magazine "People".

Now, the 33-year-old, whose real name is Jacques Berman Webster II, has once again run into trouble with the law. Early on Friday morning, the rapper was arrested in Paris. According to the Parisian newspaper "Le Parisien", which cites police sources, officers were called to the Hotel George V in the 8th arrondissement of Paris at around 5 am due to acts of violence against a receptionist.

According to the report, Scott was intoxicated and taken to a detox cell. Due to his high blood alcohol level, the rapper was still not fit for interrogation hours later. The magazine "Valeurs Actuelles" initially reported that Scott had gotten into an argument with his bodyguard at the hotel.

The 33-year-old was a prominent guest at the Olympics on Thursday evening. He watched the men's basketball semifinals between Serbia and the USA, which the US team, featuring NBA stars LeBron James, Stephen Curry, and Kevin Durant, won in a late comeback. Scott watched the exciting game in the audience with his rap colleague Quavo.

It's Miami

Even at his last arrest on June 20, Scott got into an argument while intoxicated. According to a police report, officers were called to a marina in Miami at around 1:44 am. Scott was reportedly shouting at passengers on a boat. When the rapper was instructed by police to sit down, he initially complied but then kept getting up. The police report states that officers could smell a strong odor of alcohol on his breath.

At that point, the musician could have gotten away with a warning. However, after being instructed by police to leave the premises, he initially left but returned about five minutes later and started shouting at the boat's occupants again, leading to his arrest. Scott later admitted to drinking alcohol to local police, saying, "It's Miami."

Travis Scott, who played concerts in Germany as part of his "Circus Maximus World Tour" in July, has two children with Kylie Jenner, a six-year-old daughter named Stormi and a two-year-old son named Aire.

Despite his recent issues, Travis Scott continued to enjoy his time at the Olympics. On the sidelines of the games, he and Quavo watched an exhilarating men's basketball semifinal match. Sadly, the entertainment at the Hotel George V in Paris turned sour the following morning, leading to Scott's arrest due to intoxication and acts of violence.
