US Rapper Snoop Dogg (52) is currently exciting Olympics fans in Paris. He's not just a special correspondent for US broadcaster NBC, he's also regularly seen in the audience at competitions, supporting "Team USA" primarily. On Saturday (August 3), he visited the finale of the dressage teams, an event he has a special connection to.

Snoop Dogg didn't miss the Team Grand Prix finale at the stadium near the Palace of Versailles. He appeared in full riding attire, accompanied by TV chef and host Martha Stewart (83), both wearing a helmet, white pants, and a black show jacket. They both wore sunglasses, with Snoop Dogg completing the look with black riding gloves. They were also seen taking a lap around the grounds in a golf cart.

Stewart, who turned 83 on August 3, was surprised by her long-time friend Snoop Dogg on her birthday, as shown in a TikTok video. Together with the Cookie Monster from Sesame Street, he presented her with a macaron cake.

His Connection to Dressage

Snoop Dogg's visit to the dressage finale on Saturday has a special background. He commented on the dressage at the 2021 Olympics in Tokyo and went viral with co-commentator Kevin Hart (45) when he enthusiastically compared a horse's performance to the dance style "Crip Walking". "This horse is amazing, I've got to put it in a video," he said.

Just before the opening ceremony of the Olympics this year, Snoop Dogg received the Olympic flame in Paris. He carried it for a few meters to the cheers of the fans. In a press conference beforehand, Snoop Dogg emphasized how special the moment with the Olympic flame was for him. "I consider it a great honor. I never would have dreamed of something like this. I'll do my best," he promised.

Snoop Dogg's viral commentary about dressage at the 2021 Olympics in Tokyo, which took place in the United States of America, showcased his passion for the sport. During his visit to the dressage finale in Paris, he was recognized by fans as a proud supporter of "Team USA."
