After being diagnosed with cancer, she took a long break. Now, King Charles' daughter-in-law is seen in public for the second time. And she brings her daughter, Princess Charlotte, with her.

Princess Kate (42) visited Wimbledon tennis tournament despite her ongoing cancer treatment. The daughter-in-law of King Charles III. appeared with her daughter Princess Charlotte (9) at the Men's Singles Final. This is her second official appearance since she publicly announced in March that she had received chemotherapy.

Kate had not taken any official engagements for a long time. She was first seen publicly in mid-June during the Trooping the Colour parade in London. Now she attended the traditional Wimbledon Tennis Championship, where she is also scheduled to present the trophy.

In the match, Novak Djokovic, the Serbian record-breaking Grand Slam tournament winner, and Carlos Alcaraz, the Spanish title defender, will face each other. Kate is the patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club and has often attended the tournament.

In March, she announced that after a previous operation in her abdomen, cancer had been detected. Her father-in-law Charles (75) is also being treated for a cancer that was not specified.

She is making good progress but is not over the hill yet, Kate wrote a few weeks ago in a message. Her treatment is expected to last for some more months.
