- Preparing for a wedding bears similar challenges as producing a film.
Zoe Kravitz, 35, and Channing Tatum, 44, are considering tying the knot, but it seems to be a complex process for the pair. As Kravitz, the American actress and Lenny Kravitz's daughter, 60, recently hinted, planning the wedding is no cakewalk.
"What the hell have I signed up for?"
When questioned by People magazine if acting in a film or planning a wedding is more challenging, Kravitz chuckled, "For most folks, it's probably a film, but I approach everything with the same craziness and intensity. So I'd say it's a tie." It seems she's referring to an intense obsession she has.
Tatum stars in "Blink Twice", Kravitz's directorial debut, and after the first day of filming, Kravitz confessed, "What the hell have I signed up for?" It wasn't all smooth sailing; there were good days and bad. Her partner proved to be a crucial support during the tough times during the production.
The challenging film shoot for Channing Tatum
Planning the wedding must be equally challenging for Kravitz, as Tatum confirmed in his interview with the magazine. "Making this film was so tough. It might even be one of the most challenging projects I've ever worked on... for various reasons," said the famous actor, who was previously married to his colleague Jenna Dewan, 43, before his relationship with Kravitz. Kravitz also shares a past marriage with actor Karl Glusman, 36.
However, working on "Blink Twice" also strengthened their relationship, Tatum believes: "If you can look across the room or set and know that the best person is working hard to solve problems - and you're really relying on them just as much as you're trying to solve the problems yourself - that's amazing."
Kravitz and Tatum have been a couple since 2021. According to US media reports, they got engaged at the end of 2023. Most recently, the pair made their first appearance on the red carpet together at the "Blink Twice" premiere.
