Pocher meets his new nemesis
For weeks, Oliver Pocher has been working on his motivational coach Biyon Kattilathu, whom he blames for the breakdown of his marriage. He, in turn, is careful not to publicly hit back. Before one of Pocher's live shows, the two are said to have met in person.
Since his still-wife Amira left him, Oliver Pocher has been sharing his grievances with the public by lashing out at his ex and her supposed lover in the meantime, the author and motivational coach Biyon Kattilathu. Not only in his podcast with ex-wife Alessandra Meyer-Wölden, but also on his newly created Instagram profile under the name "therealdalaikarma", the comedian takes a swipe at Kattilathu. Now the two have apparently met in person for the first time. This is reported by the "Bild" newspaper.
Dressed as "Dalai Karma", with a black leather jacket and a quiff, Pocher appeared in front of the Stadttheater Euskirchen that evening. Kattilathu made a guest appearance there with his program "Lebe. Love. Laugh.". In Pocher's entourage: his friend Mola Adebisi, a cameraman and several security staff. The 45-year-old Pocher is said to have tried to take the waiting visitors in his arms, but according to the "Bild" newspaper, several security men quickly intervened.
Kattilathu's assistant then appeared with a phone in his hand. He asked Pocher if he wanted to speak to Biyon, the report continues. Pocher declined: "I wouldn't know what to talk to him about". However, the comedian then changed his mind. The "Bild" newspaper writes that Pocher met with Kattilathu backstage - in private. After 20 minutes, he reappeared and retreated with his companions.
What did the two have to say to each other? It's unclear. "More tomorrow," Pocher announced in an Instagram story. The Pochers announced their separation at the end of August, but they are not yet divorced. Kattilathu is married and has a son. He and Amira Pocher had denied reports of an alleged love affair in a letter from a lawyer.
