I've never commented on this issue and I won't for the time being. I have always kept my mouth shut, even though I had reason enough to say something. To protect my son, I don't want to make it all public."

There is also a post on her account that can be interpreted in a very similar way. "You never know how strong you are until being strong is your only choice," it says in a video of Rypa herself. Whether she will say more about this in the coming days remains to be seen. And also whether the message may have been about something completely different in the end. In any case, Pietro Lombardi has not yet commented on the matter.
