Taylor Swift's 100th show of her "Eras" tour, which has been going on for some time now, recently took place on a Thursday evening (June 13) at Anfield Stadium in Liverpool. According to "People" magazine, Taylor shared some big news with the audience that evening - her tour will be coming to an end in December.

She said, "Many of you are probably wondering, 'How will we celebrate the 100th show?' For me, the celebration of the 100th show means admitting for the first time that this tour will end in December." While it may seem far off, she commented that it also feels like the tour just started since the audience has made it so much fun for her and her team.

"My life used to be different..."

During her time on tour, Taylor Swift revealed a glimpse into her life: "This tour has consumed my entire life. I used to have hobbies, but I can't even remember what they were anymore, all I do when I'm not on stage is sit at home and try to come up with creative acoustic song mashups, like the 'Surprise Song' set I play for fans at the end of each 'Eras' tour show."

The "Eras" tour was first announced in November 2022, with 27 concert dates initially planned for the US. The massive demand for tickets led Swift to add more shows, culminating in a total of 59 dates. The 34-year-old singer kicked off her sold-out tour on March 17, 2023, in Arizona and has since played to an impressive number of fans.

According to reports, the "Eras" tour has earned over a billion dollars, making it the highest-grossing tour in history, and its accompanying concert film, "Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour," has been named the highest-grossing concert film of all time so far. The final show of the tour is set to take place on December 8 in Vancouver, marking the 152nd performance.
