Kim Kardashian (43) has initiated legal action against a suspected stalker. TMZ, a U.S. celebrity news portal, reports this, citing court documents. According to the report, this is the same man who had been harassing actress Emma Roberts (33) until a few weeks ago. She was also able to obtain a restraining order against him, which is valid for five years.

He previously broke into Emma Roberts' home

The stalker is said to have first harassed Emma Roberts on May 7 or 8, when he gained access to her house while she was away. He then called her on her private mobile number using her landline and also sent her text messages.

"During the conversation, I realized that the caller was a stranger, and he confirmed that he was still in my apartment," Roberts stated in court documents. Despite the immediate involvement of the police, he managed to evade arrest.

After Emma Roberts, Kim Kardashian was his new target

The 32-year-old then apparently approached Kris Jenner (68), Kim Kardashian's mother, but unwittingly. According to "TMZ", he told the security guard at Jenner's house that he thought Kim was home. He claimed to be her "longtime manager" and had an appointment with her.

She hopes for a restraining order

In July, he reportedly showed up at Kim Kardashian's house in Malibu, where he tried to jump over the fence. In the court documents, the 43-year-old explains that her home is not easy to find and her address is not publicly known, which shows how far he is willing to go. Additionally, Emma Roberts had warned her about the man in a phone call. She now wants to obtain a restraining order against him.

The report from TMZ also mentions that Kim Kardashian received a warning about the stalker from Emma Roberts. The stalker was previously known for breaking into Emma Roberts' home.
