It was only on Friday that the first episode of Oliver Pocher's new podcast "Die Pochers! Frisch recycelt" with ex-wife Sandy Meyer-Wölden went online. The comedian and jilted husband has now used a TV appearance with RTL presenter Frauke Ludowig during the NFL game in Frankfurt to lash out at ex-partner Amira Pocher for the first time on television.
Asked by presenter Ludowig about his current state of mind, Pocher replied that he was not "always in a good mood" at the moment. "Of course, it's not a great story and it's not great when things are going the way they are." At the moment, the couple are also busy sorting out very tangible, organizational issues surrounding their two sons - and there seem to be problems here too.
"She lacks the emotional maturity"
"From my side, I try to be relatively normal in the interests of the children," Pocher claims at first, before adding: "I find it rather more difficult with Amira. I think she still lacks the emotional maturity." According to the comedian, his former partner is "not able to separate" the couple's ongoing separation from such organizational issues.
It's clear: Oliver and Amira Pocher's separation drama is far from over - and the comedian himself announced on RTL that he wants to continue to deal with the whole thing in public. "But my outlet is comedy. And anyone who knows me knows that I'm not quite finished with the event yet," Pocher warns his ex-partner.
Amira and Oliver Pocher were a couple for seven years. Their first son was born shortly after their wedding in October 2019. Son number two followed a year later. In August 2023, Amira Pocher separated from her husband, and at the end of October, the presenter was accused of having an affair with motivational coach Biyon Kattilathu by the German newspaper Bild. An allegation that both of them subsequently had their lawyers prohibit.
