Fast forward fifteen years, and here's fantastic news for Oasis's cult followers. The Gallagher brothers are reuniting! Next summer, they will perform concerts in the UK and Ireland. "Silence has been broken. Celestial bodies have aligned. The wait has lasted long enough. Behold. It won't be on TV" they wrote on Instagram to announce their comeback. The final point is bound to make things a tad more intense for enthusiastic fans.
However, obtaining tickets might necessitate some effort. Registration for a lottery is critical to be eligible for the presale commencing on Friday. This registration must be completed by 8 PM (CET) on Wednesday, August 28. This can be accomplished via the band's official website here. "To maintain fairness for as many fans as can, presale ticket applicants will be chosen through a lottery," the band stated on Instagram.
And when do these former adversaries take the stage? The brief tour kicks off on July 4 and 5 in Cardiff. On July 11, 12, 19, and 20, they will perform in their hometown of Manchester. For the most genuine Oasis encounter, fans should seal the deal on tickets for these shows. After London on July 25 and 26, and August 2 and 3, they will head to Edinburgh (August 8 and 9) before traveling to the Emerald Isle, Ireland. There, they will perform in Dublin on August 16 and 17.
