The property costs a steep $68 million ($62.5 million Euro). Ben and Jennifer are asking for more than the previously reported around $65 million ($60 million Euro). Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck bought the villa in May 2023 for $60 million ($50 million Euro).
The building covers approximately 3530 square meters. On this area there are twelve bedrooms and 24 bathrooms. The property includes approximately 21,043.7 square meters of land. To the estate belongs, among other things, a basketball court and a Pickleball court. Inside, the house is reportedly freshly renovated, and the buyers can look forward to a fully equipped fitness studio.
