According to People magazine, by June of that year, he was on Kidman's doorstep in New York at 5:00 am, bearing gardenias.
"This is the man I hope to marry someday," Kidman recalled thinking in that moment. The couple became engaged in the following year and tied the knot just a few weeks later in Sydney. Their daughter Sunday was born in the summer of 2008, and their daughter Faith arrived at the end of 2010.
