In October last year, Brazilian soccer star Neymar announced the birth of his daughter Mavie. However, his then girlfriend Bruna Biancardi, Mavie's mother, made their separation public only a month later. Now, Neymar has also announced on Instagram the birth of his third child. The baby, Helena, was reportedly born on July 3rd.

Neymar becomes father for the second time in a year

"Helena, July 3, 2024", Neymar wrote simply on Instagram on July 20th, accompanied by a series of pictures of his little daughter, who apparently were taken in the hospital shortly after her birth. In one photo, Neymar is seen putting his arm around his son Davi Lucca as they look at little Helena through a glass window in a hospital crib. In another photo, Davi is holding his newborn sibling in his arms and sitting in a chair. A cute video also shows the baby sleeping.

Helena's mother is model Amanda Kimberlly, who also celebrated her daughter's birth on Instagram. "My favorite month, July", Kimberlly wrote there next to a black-and-white photo of her child's foot. Neymar's son Davi Lucca comes from a previous relationship with his childhood friend Carolina Dantas. The footballer currently plays for the Saudi Arabian club al-Hilal. He missed the recently concluded Copa América 2024 due to an injury.
