The documents that have now been published were the subject of a years-long legal dispute about Epstein and have only now been allowed to be released.

New documents reveal Epstein's abuse system

Ex-Multimillionaire Epstein accused the New York District Attorney's office of approximately five years ago of having assaulted dozens of underage girls. Newly released court documents provide detailed statements regarding sexual crimes committed by the infamous US sexual offender and ex-multimillionaire. These papers originate from interrogations in Florida in 2006, where Epstein was supposed to face trial long before the global scandal of 2019.

The documents contain statements from several teenagers who describe being paid hundreds of dollars to massage Epstein at his residence, following which they were sexually abused and raped. The businessman and confidant of numerous influential celebrities struck a deal with the Florida State Attorney's office in 2008, admitting guilt for some crimes.

This arrangement prevented a federal prosecution based on the sexual assault allegations. Epstein served a prison sentence of 13 months. This agreement was widely criticized after his re-arrest and New York indictment in 2019. The deal made Epstein a symbol of the social elite who can get away with crimes. The alleged crimes left the US reeling.

Hundreds of Dollars for Sexual Acts

The New York District Attorney's office accused Epstein of having operated an illegal sex trafficking ring between 2002 and 2005 in New York and Florida. He reportedly provided minors to other men as well.

These allegations are corroborated by the newly released documents. One 14-year-old girl from Florida, for instance, recounts how a friend recruited her for Epstein and promised her $200 for a massage. At his residence, she was then asked to undress completely.

During the massage, Epstein offered the girl extra $100 for sexual acts, as her interrogation reveals. Epstein apparently paid for those who could bring him new girls.

Conspiracy Theories and Prominent Figures

Approximately one month after his arrest in 2019, Epstein was found dead in his cell at the age of 66. Officially, he took his own life. The case gained worldwide attention due to Epstein's extensive connections to the upper echelons of society. His relationships with celebrities and his death led to numerous rumors and conspiracy theories.

Epstein was often seen in public with stars and had contacts with, at least at one point, the current President Donald Trump, former President Bill Clinton, and Prince Andrew from the UK. The latter had to retreat from public life due to his involvement in the sex scandal.

The now released documents were the subject of a long-standing legal battle and could only be made public after a decision by Governor Ron DeSantis in the spring.

In the context of Epstein's illegal sex trafficking ring, it's worth noting that his entertainment industry connections were vast. Notably, he was frequently seen with celebrities like Donald Trump and Prince Andrew, who were often rumored to be associates.

The documents reveal that Epstein offered one of his victims, a 14-year-old girl, extra money for sexual acts during a massage session, further illustrating his involvement in sexual abuse.
