Podcast - Natürlich verletzend

At the beginning of last week, Oliver Pocher's ex-wife Amira Pocher and "taff"-moderator Christian Düren made their official couple debut at the Berlin Fashion Week. While Oliver Pocher had not yet addressed these latest developments in the last episode of his podcast "Die Pochers! Frisch recycelt" (exclusively at Podimo), as the live recording of the audio show was made before the events, the comedian addresses the matter in the new episode on July 12th.

Oliver Pocher: "One doesn't have to make it so mysterious"

First, Pocher accuses Amira, as he perceives it, of using similar "influencer tactics" now, which he and his ex-wife had jokingly made fun of in past episodes of "Die Pochers!" Amira, according to him, made her new relationship, which many observers considered an open secret due to paparazzi photos of their shared vacation with Düren in South Africa, "mysterious."

Feeling hurt

"She keeps denying and denying that she has a partner," Pocher describes her behavior. He wished for more directness from Amira in this regard.

Furthermore, Pocher adds, Amira "flirted with the one she wanted to flirt with, and that's her prerogative," but admits that this is "also hurtful" for him and that he doesn't "only find it positive."

Hoping for a swift divorce execution

"And also this appearance, and how it took place, and the accompanying circumstances, I would have chosen differently," Pocher continues. His podcast partner Meyer-Wölden asks clarifyingly: "You mean the timing?" and receives an affirmative answer from the father of their children.

Throughout the latest episode of "Die Pochers! Frisch recycelt," the comedian also frequently touches upon the impending divorce of the spouses. He hopes that this will be completed soon, as he "wants to draw a line." "The ball is in the other court," he says, and regrets in the same breath that it is often about the money in divorces, with which he already has some experience. In this regard, Sandy Meyer-Wölden does not fully agree with him. The injured egos of the parties involved also play a role in divorces, according to her experience.

  1. We can understand Oliver Pocher's perspective in his new podcast episode, as he addresses Amira Pocher's mysterious approach towards her relationship with Christian Düren.
  2. Sandy Meyer-Wölden, Pocher's podcast partner, asked about the timing of Amira's public debut with Düren, as Oliver expressed a different preference in how it all unfolded.
  3. Amira Pocher's behavior, which included denying her relationship and flirting with her partner publicly, has been a source of both admiration and hurt for Oliver Pocher.
  4. Sandra Meyer-Wölden, an influential figure herself, shares her experience that the egos and emotions involved often complicate the process of divorce, besides the financial aspects.
  5. Although Oliver Pocher hopes for a swift execution of their divorce, he mentions that it often becomes about the money, a sentiment that doesn't fully resonate with his podcast partner, Meyer-Wölden.
